Johnny Depp is an American actor, producer, and musician, born on June 9, 1963, in Owensboro, Kentucky. He is one of the most recognizable and acclaimed actors of his generation, known for his versatility, unconventional character choices, and eccentric personal style.
Depp began his acting career in the 1980s with small roles in films such as “Platoon” and “A Nightmare on Elm Street.” He gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of the titular character in Tim Burton’s “Edward Scissorhands” (1990), which began a long and successful collaboration between the two artists.
